“I believe that balance and self-care are key ingredients of a happy life, not only for my clients, but for myself. Therefore, I never over-fill my therapy schedule. I want to be well-rested and enthusiastic with every client I spend time with. I think each client deserves that, too.
I live in East Gull Lake with my husband of 20+ years, and our yellow lab, Nellie. Our young adult daughter is a graduate student in chemistry. I have been a therapist since 2006. In my non-work time I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, boating, snowmobiling, and traveling.”
